What You’ll Do Create user journeys and design prototypes for holistic and harmonized experiences across product components. Design interaction and visual design for new features. Drive user research and usability testing sessions with customers to better understand user needs and formalise design direction. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and user assistance writers throughout the product development process, from early planning to final delivery. Elaborate and design new feature requirements and work with product management to shape future product direction. Mentor and collaborate with junior designers within a global design team. You will be able to work hybrid from our Vancouver office 2‑3 days a week. What You Bring You possess a robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating impactful, user‑friendly interfaces and a deep understanding of design principles. 5+ years of experience in design with a strong focus on product design for enterprise software solutions. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. Experience designing for a variety of user experiences, including first‑use or guided tours. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, user‑centered design, and interaction design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., Figma). A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design. Please include your portfolio as a link or attachment in your application. Location and Salary Hybrid work from the Vancouver office (2‑3 days per week). Salary range: 102,400 – 214,300 CAD, inclusive of base and variable incentive.
