We need software developers to work on a wide range of technologies including, but not limited to: distributed systems, user interfaces, mobile and cloud computing. As a developer, you will help make dreams a reality.We are looking for software developers who have a passion for technology and code. Beyond code, developers are expected to collaborate closely with others including technical product managers, designers and QA. Your ideas and perspectives are essential to making sure we are building the right things.What You’ll Bring To The RoleAbility to analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutionsExperience with OO design and proficient coding skills (ie: C++, C# or Java)Strong understanding of Computer Science topics including: data structures, algorithms, databases, distributed systemsExperience in software development, preferably in a technology focused companyAcumen with Artificial Intelligence toolsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar technical disciplineThe expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.Base Salary Range$70,000—$105,000 CADDon’t meet every single requirement?
