As a Data & BI Specialist, you'll be at the centre of how our organization understands performance, forecasts opportunities, and builds smarter strategies.Reporting to the Director, IT & Performance, you will design, build, and optimise the tools and analytics that help teams across the company make confident, data‑driven decisions.Your roleBuild Smart BI SolutionsDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data modelsOwn and execute ETL processes that ensure data flows cleanly and efficientlyDeliver BI solutions that are intuitive, insightful, and scalableTurn Data Into DecisionsDive into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to understand their business questions—and turn them into actionable insightsChampion data integrity, accuracy, and security across all platformsSupport and enhance data governance practicesEmpower People With DataTrain and support users so they can confidently interpret and leverage BI toolsProvide guidance on using dashboards to solve real business challengesStay sharp on emerging BI technologies and industry best practicesIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in our BI ecosystemIf you love making data meaningful—and want a role where your insights directly shape performance and strategy—this is where you can shineThe base location may be flexible within Ontario and Manitoba.
