Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Cambridge, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new leads, conducting consultations, and providing solutions tailored to client needs. Additional duties include preparing estimates and proposals, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process. Collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless project handovers is also a key part of this role. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relationship building and client management Ability to conduct consultations, provide customized solutions, and prepare project estimates Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities Experience in sales or customer service within construction or renovation industries is highly desirable Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in an on-site environment Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
