Worker Type: Permanent Language(s) Required: [Specify languages] Term Duration (in Months): [Specify duration] Salary Range (plus performance incentives): $103,331 - $139,803 We utilize a broad range of tools, technologies, and platforms to empower developers, administrators, and end users, including AWS infrastructure provisioning, infrastructure as code (primarily CDK), automation, and collaboration with product teams in cloud-native development. Our focus is on building, maintaining, and enhancing our DevOps environment, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and monitoring, with an iterative approach for continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Participate in solution architecture and be responsible for design and implementation. Develop new code, automation, integrations, and unit tests. Implement code fixes and support user testing. Lead or participate in application design sessions. Contribute to model and analytics development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Lead group design or coding sessions. Ensure efficient development and maintenance of solutions and system integrations. What We’re Looking For Expertise in one or more technology stacks or languages. Ability to deliver complex solutions. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience coaching and mentoring team members. Knowledge of design patterns and their application. Innovative problem-solving and critical thinking with a customer focus. Advocate for clean, maintainable code. Design optimization for analytics and business value. Passion for technology and software development. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics/statistics, or equivalent experience (minimum 10 years).
