The Role League is growing fast and seeks to revolutionize healthcare through technology. We are looking for a senior Product Management Leader to set strategy and drive execution for the Data & AI platform. In This Role, You Will Define Product Strategy & Vision: Lead and align cross‑functional teams on the platform strategy to meet the needs of portfolios and customers. AI Innovation: Advance League’s AI platform through experimentation and implementation of cutting‑edge technologies, including governance, evaluation, and tooling. Personalization & Engagement: Build strategy to offer personalized user experiences, leveraging AI and machine learning to maximize engagement and lifetime value. Grow a Team of High‑Performing Product Managers: Coach, mentor, and empower the product‑management team to exceed investment goals. Cross‑functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, growth, customer strategy, and marketing to ensure platform products are leveraged and their value communicated. About You Minimum of 7+ years experience in data science product management, data product management, or AI/ML implementation; US healthcare industry experience preferred. Minimum of 3+ years experience in progressively responsible leadership roles managing medium‑ to large‑sized teams and cross‑functional initiatives. Proven experience building and launching data products from ideation to market. Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and real‑world application. Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into tangible value. Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with senior leaders. Results‑driven, forward‑thinking with influence across the organization. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to explain complex technical concepts. Compensation (Canada Only) Canadian applicants: $224,200 – $249,100 CAD (excluding bonus, equity, and benefits).
