Senior Business Analyst – Insurance (French Speaker, Fully Remote) CoverGo is an Insurtech Market Leader empowering insurance companies to go fully digital. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst fluent in French to join our remote, international team. What You Will Do Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. Plan, design, and document simple to semi‑complex business processes and system modifications. Make recommendations that improve and support business activities. Gather requirements through sessions and interviews, analyze and document complex client processes. Create test case scenarios, and monitor/oversee testing to verify client requirements are incorporated. Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support system modifications. Plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts as needed. Surface actionable insights from systems and data, demonstrating sound judgement and decision‑making. Assist in providing time estimates for project‑related tasks. Aid in updating process and procedural documentation. Support QA, UAT and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance. Handle any other task assigned. What We Need Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. A degree in Business, IT or a related field. Previous experience working in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance preferred). Health Insurance‑related domain certification (INS/LOMA/III) is an advantage. Knowledge of business‑analysis concepts, requirement definition, and Agile prioritization of epics and sprints. Facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing skills. Strong organisational/time‑management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is mandatory. Basic knowledge of process documentation, system functionality, data integration and workflow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; technical writing skills are a plus. Must be based in Canada and work CET hours. Must be fluent in French.
