Key Responsibilities
• Anticipate and meet guest needs to create delightful experiences
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and policies
• Efficiently manage service flow from orders to clearing tables
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management
• Address and resolve guest concerns for utmost satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in customer service roles
• High-volume restaurant experience is beneficial
• Smart Serve certification if working in Ontario
• Availability for evenings and weekends
