They will support with new store openings across the region training front end managers, supervisors and cashiers. They will also be supporting before, during and after store opening. Shifts will be flexible and rotate between morning, afternoon and evening depending on the needs of the business and are willing to adapt to changing priorities. They will achieve this by modeling our Loblaw Blue culture and Shared Values and Behaviors.Role RequirementsUniversity or college degree in Business, or an equivalent in a related field of study3-5 years of relevant work experience in retail and front end operationsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas in a collaborative manner to Front End SpecialistDemonstrated ability to effectively manage timelines to ensure delivery of objectivesAbility to adapt positively to a fast paced, challenging and constantly changing work environmentDemonstrated skills in relationship building and influencing to achieve resultsStrong team player with self-discipline and motivation to work independentlyStrong organizational, planning and strategic execution skillsStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and judgment skillsIntermediate or advanced technical skills (Excel, Power point, Outlook)Understanding of SWEDAMART knowledge and navigation is a mustTroubleshooting technical issues (lanes, uscans and cash office)Showcase the Loblaw CORE Values and Blue Culture through actionsTravel within regions as required, and flexible work hours including evenings and weekendsCompany Values and BenefitsOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
