As the Client Solutions Associate, you will provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – remote work with collaboration in the office as needed.How You'll Make An ImpactSet up and maintain client filesProcess endorsements and mid‑term changes to policyRequest and/or process new business and renewalsRequest invoicing, binders and cover lettersPrepare certificates of insurance and complete post‑placement checklist with sign‑off from CSMInvoicing and completing premium financing contracts as requiredPrepare and distribute automobile pink slips as requiredHandle accounting activities for the teamAccess Insurance Company portals to acquire policy documentsPrepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracyAbout YouHaving experience working in an insurance brokerage is considered an assetExcellent computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointVery well organized and able to meet deadlinesAccurate and detail orientedAbility to work well with team and othersBrokers License an asset but not mandatoryCompensation And BenefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, Gallagher offers a wide range of benefits.
