Job Description Reporting to the Logistics Analyst, the winter student would receive an opportunity to get a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Cavendish Farms Supply Chain. This includes Planning, Logistics, Customer Service as well as Optimization. This role offers great opportunity for visibility and career development. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a "Can-Do" attitude and thrive in a fast paced environment. Application deadline: January 28th, 2026 Responsibilities Assist with process mapping and documentation Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigations Continuous improvement activities Assist and be involved in the life‑cycle management of new enhancements: idea, development, testing and deployment Assist in daily operations in the TMS (Transportation Management System) as needed Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time Qualifications Currently completing post secondary education in business, supply chain or engineering A self starter with strong problem solving skills Strong written communications Ability to learn and use new technology Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel A strong interest in supply chain About Us Founded in 1882, J.D.
