Hi there Thanks for stopping by. This position is a 12 months contractWe’re looking for a Workday Analyst, Audit & Reporting to join our Talent Operations, Systems and Insights team. You will transform HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will extract, highlight data gaps, analyze, and visualize data from Workday and other HR systems. You will collaborate with People Business Partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that improve HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and support business objectives.What you’ll be doingReporting and VisualizationCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate people data insights to stakeholders.Extract data from Workday and other HR systems using various reporting tools and techniques.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Develop end-to-end solutions to reporting requirements and change requests (design, build and test reports).Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce demographics, performance, compensation, turnover, and other HR metrics.Interpret data to determine HR program effectiveness and contribute to establishing KPIs to assess new feature releases. Data Governance and IntegrityEnsure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality checks and validation procedures.Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.AuditPerform audit procedures and analyze findings to identify and assess control deficiencies.Collaborate with management to develop and implement remediation plans.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure scalable and consistent audit processes.Collaboration and SupportPartner with People Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights.Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and analysis.Stay up-to-date on Workday reporting and analytics capabilities and best practices.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to promote data literacy and support best reporting practices.What you need to bringWe’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:3+ years of experience working with HR data and analyticsWorkday experience and knowledge of calculated fields, creating advanced and matrix reports, dashboardsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or relevant combination of training and experienceStrong understanding of people data metrics and reporting best practicesAdvanced proficiency in HR reporting toolsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience configuring custom reports and handling large data setsExperience maintaining data integrity across enterprise HR systems and conducting auditsStrong understanding of HR programs and lifecycle activitiesStrong English communication skills; as a global company, fluency in English is required.Even better if you haveBackground as an HR Business Analyst or Data AnalystKnowledge of a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker)What’s in it for youEnjoy Lightspeed capabilities and a range of benefits:Flexible hybrid work environmentCareer opportunities in a growing companyOpportunity to make an impact in a lean, collaborative teamBenefits including unlimited paid time off, health insurance, wellness benefits, transit support, and access to LinkedIn LearningNote: Lightspeed does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
