With Airswift, you'll step into a supervisory role focusing on LNG production. Your experience in Oil & Gas will be vital as you lead shift operations, respond to emergencies, and enforce safe work practices. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to achieve reliability targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise shift operations for safe and efficient production • Coordinate plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies • Promote safe work practices and enforce Permit to Work • Mentor and develop operations personnel across shifts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Requirements: • At least 10 years in Oil & Gas production facilities • 4th Class Power Engineering certification required • Previous experience as Supervisor or Lead Operator • Proven emergency response leadership • Strong knowledge of safe work management processes
