Position #: 9008964 Expected Start Date: January 26, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Radville Marian Health Centre City/Town: Radville Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: January 26, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Weekends Hours of Work: 112 hours per 3 week-rotation Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Nursing Supervisor is a key leader at Radville Marian Health Centre (RMHC) and is responsible for assisting the Director during the day shift, Monday to Friday, in assessing, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating clinical and non‑clinical situations as they pertain to the operations of the facility within the Mission, Vision and Values of Emmanuel Health (EH) and RMHC. Shift work may be required only to maintain minimum professional nursing coverage. The Nursing Supervisor demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a resident‑centric culture. The Nursing Supervisor must work cross functionally within the facility to support operations and with community partners to support holistic, spiritual, psychological, physical and emotional well‑being of patients, residents and clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Memberships College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Knowledge and Abilities Participates in continuous quality improvement activities Demonstrated knowledge of best practices.
