Hiring for Tristar Airport Group, the 16‑month Co‑op Project Coordinator will support project management by providing data analysis, tracking costs, productivity, schedules, and preparing reports, estimates, and quantity take‑offs. Coordinates with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining project documentation and providing technical support. What You'll Do Here Provide management with data and project analysis Review contract documents and construction drawings, generate procurement lists, RFIs, change orders as necessary Track productivity, costs, and progress on projects Perform quantity take‑offs from construction drawings Communicate project schedule to stakeholders, vendors, and owners Monitor progress and assist with job cost reports to management Provide data for month‑end reconciliation Maintain files and correspondence on active and completed projects Provide technical support to field staff Assist in coordination, preparation, and submission of as‑built and design drawings Assist in preparation, review, maintenance, and approval of engineering drawings Gather field information and assist with bill of materials Assist in detailed construction and design estimates Perform other administrative duties as required Maintain performance in a fast‑paced environment Available for travel to job sites across the country What You Bring To The Team 3rd‑ or 4th‑year student in Civil Engineering, Construction Technologist, or Construction Management Experience in the construction or utility industry (asset) Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents Solid computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project Strong oral and written communication skills Self‑motivated with good organizational skills Ability to work accurately under pressure Adaptable to flexible work schedules Team player Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel as required Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
