The role offers a strong potential for growth and advancement in the lucrative field of investment banking.Key AccountabilitiesPreparing market, business and financial analysis of various client companies as required.Assisting with the development of various documents and presentations required for the partners and clients.Acting as a liaison between the partners and clients as requiredWorking to create complex financial models and analysis as requiredSetting up data-rooms as requiredDistributing information, agreements and client follow ups as requiredWhat you offerQualifications and RequirementsRecent University Business School graduate (or equivalent)Prior experience in corporate finance is an assetAbility to grasp new concepts quickly, and work under tight deadlinesMust possess intermediate Excel skills (ie. Vlookups and pivot tables) and have the ability to learn new software quickly.Knowledge of and experience in the Investment Banking Industry is a strong asset.Must be able to work in a team environmentStrong ability to manage scheduled tasks and ad-hoc projects effectivelyMust have excellent English written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to operate in a fast paced, multi-tasking and multi-currency environment with accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skillsIn order to be successful in this role, the candidate must be:Very hard working and willing to go the extra mile to get the job doneQuick thinking and highly analyticalHave an ability to work in a team environment with different personalitiesHave an ability to work in a very fast paced environment with tight timelinesWilling to learn and apply oneself dailyWhat we offerCompensation: Between $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonuses equal to base salary and an opportunity for advancement.Location: Kelowna, BC or Calgary, ABFrom RWT’s inception, Diversity and Inclusion have always been key to our success.
