We are a Canadian retailer with more than 170 Indigo, Indigospirit, Chapters and Coles stores, offering opportunities at our retail stores, distribution centres, and home office for people who share our passions and want to be part of a dynamic and enriching culture.We are committed to welcoming diverse applicants and fostering an inclusive workplace.What You’ll DoCreate a warm and welcoming environment in our storesAdd joy to our customers’ livesLeverage our product to tell stories and connect customers to the brandEngage and connect with customers on the sales floorCurate specific product collections for each customer you meetEnsure Visual Standards are followed and maintainedModel Indigo’s High Performance CharacteristicsSeek information on new products, promotions and programsSupport a health and safety‑first environment for colleagues and customersRespond to customer feedback promptly and professionallyContribute to continuous improvement ideas for the employee and customer experienceQualificationsExperience in specialty retail or retail is preferred but not requiredAdaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn about all aspects of the storeCommitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experienceAbility to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periodsAbility to work Early morning shifts starting at 6amAbility to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniquesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (as required)Bilingualism (French/English) required in Québec; other languages considered an assetAdditional InformationIndigo is committed to our communities, customers, and each other.
