Equipment Technician | Little Rock, AR Company: Vixxo Facility Solutions Compensation: $23–$28 per hour, plus a $1,500 signing bonus and quarterly performance bonuses. Vixxo is seeking a full‑time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Little Rock, AR, and surrounding areas. You will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services for commercial coffee equipment and other water‑based systems. Responsibilities Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory. Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules. Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance correctly the first time, and completing detailed and accurate paperwork. Qualifications At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with testing equipment and practices for general electrical and water systems. At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing or customer‑service role. Must like coffee: tasting is the final step in all repairs. Smartphone proficiency for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
