What We Offer Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work $22.50 to $24.00 per hour 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions 24/7 assistance related to client care In home care with private clients No union dues Responsibilities And Duties Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Service Nanaimo and surrounding areas Look for all visit times – part-time, full-time and casual opportunities available Requirements 1 year previous caregiving experience Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset BC Health Care Aide Certification is considered an asset Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position Valid driver’s license is required First Aid and CPR Certificate is required Nurse Next Door is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
