We are, in every way, a Team Made for Caring™.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group client/resident treatment programs to promote function and to effectively cope with limitations in movement.Notify the physiotherapist of changes in client/resident health status, withdrawal of consent, non‑compliance, or any difficulties in implementing assigned tasks.Maintain records and statistics to a standard appropriate for medico‑legal purposes.Perform some physical lifting as required.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsGraduated from a recognized physiotherapy assistant, rehabilitation assistant program, or equivalent.Proven track record of accountability for multiple deliverables, reporting and high‑quality performance.Outstanding focus on safety and ethical standards.Strong ability to build and maintain customer satisfaction.Experience in independent problem solving and recognizing when support from peers and supervisors is needed.Working Under SupervisionThe role is performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist.Not So Fine PrintThis position is open to individuals who are eligible to work in Canada, and who meet all the essential requirements stated above.
