How you will make an impact Develop and maintain effective partner, client, guest, and management rapport. Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all related documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain all Health & Safety requirements and ensure the department adheres to them. Assist the Catering Manager with departmental activities while maintaining high‑quality service standards. File all financial records, H&S documents, and consumption reports using client software (Momentus), ensuring accurate daily reconciliation. Success criteria for the role Solid catering and event planning experience. Customer‑focused with a friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in providing excellent service. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and resources to complete work efficiently. Superior attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and work cooperatively with team members. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
