Partial work remote / work from home available.ResponsibilitiesDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.RequirementsSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningProactive in problem solvingDedicated to customer serviceAbility to multi-taskAbility to make presentations to potential customersProperty & Casualty license (preferred / must be able to obtain)OTL & LLQP (preferred / must be able to obtain)BenefitsDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTotal Compensation Range (Salary, Commission & Bonus): $55,000.00 annually is based on average sales results. There is no ceiling or maximum commissions you can receive in this sales position.
