Permacon is a CRH company.We are currently looking for a Masonry Sales Representative that will cover Ottawa area.Reporting to the Masonry Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets in his/her territory by servicing existing accounts and seeking out new opportunities with industry professionals.The chosen candidate will develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers by assessing their needs, providing technical assistance, following up on projects, providing after sales service and negotiating agreements. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for updating the companies CRM, developing their network, and participating in trade shows and other sales and promotional activities.ResponsibilitiesEnsure presence and visibility with customers (current and prospective) by assessing their needsProvide technical assistance to customersEnsure customers are trained and educated to install our productsMonitor new projects and ensure a presence on construction sitesSchedule meetings with clientsEnter all information, relevant data and follow-ups with customers into the CRM (Salesforce)Ensure excellent after-sales service and receive claimsNegotiate agreements and contractsIdentify new opportunitiesConduct lunch and learn presentationsParticipation in showrooms and trade showsCreate and maintain excellent relationships with distributors, installers and masonsBe on the lookout for all key information about the competitionQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the building products industryExcellent communication skillsProspecting and negotiation skillsAvailable for occasional overnight travelMicrosoft Office knowledgeBilingualism French and EnglishValid driver’s licenseBenefitsCompetitive salary (base salary, commissions and bonus)Dental insurance and eye careLong term disability insuranceRRSP and DPSP with employer contribution of up to 5% of annual salaryCar allocation and gas cardEmployee assistance programOpportunity to gain experience in a large, growing organizationEmployee discountThis position interest you?
