About the role Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Finance Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting and finance functions across the Archifibe group of companies. This role requires strong experience in multi‑location and international financial management, ensuring consolidated reporting and alignment across diverse accounting systems. Experience in franchising models or large business chains will be highly valued, as the position involves coordinating financial structures across multiple units and locations. Key Responsibilities Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results. Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements. Ensuring consistency and alignment of accounting practices across all locations and entities. Navigate complex ownership structures and intercompany transactions. Manage royalty reporting requirements. Ensure local financial, tax, and regulatory compliance in each jurisdiction. Lead the consolidation and harmonization of various accounting systems and processes across the domestic and international group of companies. Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of multi‑location accounting and financial consolidation. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory), with a practical skills test as part of the recruitment process. Demonstrated experience in franchising environments or large business chains is strongly valued. Proven ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) across multiple locations, ensuring timely collections and payments. Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence. Advanced skills in Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial software. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Negotiation skills, particularly in supplier, vendor, and banking relationships. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growing, and internationally connected environment.
