Senior Manager, Field Enablement Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The Revenue team drives affirm’s top‑line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in‑store, telesales, and the affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help merchants and partners succeed. We deliver value‑added solutions, drive adoption, and support long‑term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through affirm’s products. What You’ll Do Design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy — including onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs that improve Client Success, Sales, and Partnerships team performance. Partner with Revenue leaders to identify performance gaps and develop scalable solutions that drive revenue impact. Build and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and content to standardize best practices across teams and markets. Define and own success metrics for training effectiveness; track KPIs (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, win rates) to quantify impact and refine programs based on data insights. Lead change management and coach sales managers to embed new skills, methodologies, and processes effectively. What We Look For 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or revenue operations, ideally within fintech or SaaS. Proven success designing and implementing programs that improved field productivity and performance metrics across sales, client success, and partnerships. Deep understanding of selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, etc.) and how to translate them into actionable playbooks and training. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels. Deep knowledge of CRM and enablement tools (Gong, Spekit, Salesforce), including experience tailoring AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion) for field use cases. A self‑starter and coach‑minded leader with high EQ, adaptability, and a passion for developing talent. Base Pay Grade: N Equity Grade: 6 Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job‑related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by affirm holdings, inc. (parent company).
