We value our colleagues, clients, and communities, and strive to build a purpose-driven organization that feels like a community.As an Assurance Manager, your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client serviceLeading coaching and performance management for direct reports, including goal-setting, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunitiesParticipating in recruitment processes such as interviews and assessmentsPlanning, leading, and executing client engagements across various industries and reporting frameworks, ensuring clear communication of client needsManaging work assignments and performance of engagement team members, being accountable for outcomesApplying strategies to deliver profitable services, influencing KPIs, and maximizing engagement profitability through resource utilizationProactively solving problems with engagement teams and clientsSharing leadership in fostering Grant Thornton’s culture and contributing to business planningIdentifying and supporting new business opportunities by understanding firm services and client relationshipsEnhancing our reputation as preferred business advisors in key sectorsAbout Doane Grant ThorntonWe value connection, empathy, and collaboration.
