Opportunity We are seeking an Onboarding Officer to join our Client Relations and Onboarding team. The Onboarding Officer reports to the Manager, Transitions and Onboarding and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the onboarding process for new Advisors, problem‑solving any issues encountered, and providing subject‑matter expertise in the CIRO workflows (formerly IIROC and MFDA). Collaboration – You work collaboratively to drive positive results, build trust and inclusion, and foster effective relationships inside and outside the organization. What your day looks like Partner with Advisors, communicate effectively, and ask questions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Provide guidance, support, and education on procedures, forms, and practices within the Dataphile system. Serve as the subject‑matter expert, answering questions that arise within the Onboard Team. Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to ensure onboarding is conducted in a timely manner and concerns are resolved swiftly. Update the Onboarding Dashboard weekly to monitor Advisor progress. Offer additional support for platform transitions, offboarding, and other specialized partner needs. Requirements Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in an Operations or Service Center role. Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred. Excellent customer‑service skills and strong attention to detail. Prior experience with process improvement and documentation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Knowledge of and experience with Dataphile is an asset.
