Residential Property Manager The Firm Property Management Solutions Inc. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residential Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, property management experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain property standards in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Manage leasing processes including screening applicants, conducting property tours, and executing lease agreements. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and promptness. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining safety standards. Accounts payable and receivables; QuickBooks experience desirable or other accounting software background. Utilize property management software such as Buildium for data entry, rent collection, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of tenant files, payment histories, and property documentation through filing and data management systems. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Negotiate lease terms and renewal agreements to optimize occupancy rates and revenue. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants through various channels. Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients to promote retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate property upkeep. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or related administrative roles with a focus on residential properties. Proficiency in Buildium/QuickBooks or similar property management software is highly desirable. Strong office experience including data entry, filing, and record keeping. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Experience in sales or marketing strategies for property leasing is advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
