This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support performance management, strategic initiatives, and financial execution. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, including regional insurance partners, to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights that align with the Bank’s strategic goals.What You’ll DoLead the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, KPIs, and data models tailored to IB Insurance.Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Actively participates in the Global Insurance business planning process by preparing targets for countries and following up on target executionTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and wireframes.Develop and maintain a robust BI framework, ensuring consistency in design, data standards, and governance.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all IB Insurance reporting platforms.Collaborate with data owners and technology teams to define and maintain a high-quality data foundation.Conduct data profiling, modeling, and integration to support performance analysis and strategic initiatives.Automate and enhance periodic performance reports and executive dashboards.Monitor and analyze sales, business performance and financial indicators using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and SharePoint, among others.Require to combine data from different data sources (data marts, excel, among others) to integrate a combined Global insurance level reporting in excel and Power BI format.
