You’ll inspect each car as it arrives, identify any issues, and make sure everything is documented accurately. Your work helps make sure every vehicle meets Clutch’s standards before it\'s sold to a customer.What You\'ll DoInspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issuesIdentify problems and report anything that falls outside our quality standardsMove, start, and park cars around the lot as neededTrack inspection results using checklists and software toolsCommunicate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teamsHelp prioritize vehicle flow for service and deliveryPerform basic troubleshooting if a vehicle has minor issuesKeep work areas organized and follow safety proceduresWhat You BringStrong attention to detailAble to follow processes and take direction wellComfortable working outdoors in all seasonsBasic knowledge of cars or interest in learningValid G2 or higher driver’s license with a clean abstractCan drive automatic; manual is a plusComfortable using a tablet or basic computer softwareReliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where neededNice to HavePrevious automotive, logistics, or warehouse experienceFamiliar with Google Sheets or other digital toolsAble to drive manual transmission vehiclesPerksCompetitive payHealth & dental benefitsEquity in the companyLearning and development budgetA team that values efficiency, respect, and doing the job rightIf you\'re dependable, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a growing company, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
