Senior Development Director – AI Enablement Lead Workplace Type : Hybrid in Vancouver Reporting Line : You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Technology Partnerships EA Entertainment Central Technology is a small group of senior technologists and game developers focused on supporting some of the most creative teams in video games. We help bridge the gap across several studios dedicated to building and delivering industry‑leading video games. Your Impact As the AI Enablement Lead, you guide studios across EA Entertainment Business Units in identifying, adopting and integrating practical AI solutions. You connect strategic goals with day‑to‑day workflows, helping creative, technical, and production teams use AI to improve efficiency and expand creative possibilities. You support AI Enablement leaders across studios, strengthen collaboration, and translate experimentation into repeatable, scalable practices. Your success comes from accelerating sustainable AI adoption, defining clear KPIs, and capturing learnings that inform consistent ways of working. You bring strong technical fluency, structured experimentation, and skill in navigating senior partners with clarity and diplomacy. Responsibilities Connect and support Studio AI Enablement Leads to share insights and reduce duplicated efforts. Promote practical AI usage across teams to increase awareness and adoption. Measure adoption progress and share clear updates, insights, and outcomes. Partner with teams to identify meaningful use cases and guide pilot efforts. Capture learnings to inform scalable practices and consistent KPIs. Build collaboration channels that bring studios together around shared AI goals. Plan and deliver occasional events such as summits or offsites. Learn and use EA’s commonly adopted AI tools in daily workflows. Required Qualifications 6+ years in project management or operations. Experience managing multiple priorities across partners or teams. Experience driving cross‑team collaboration. Experience working independently and communicating priorities clearly. Knowledge of game development workflows and tools. Knowledge of AI productivity tools for text, image, presentation, or video. Experience navigating the legal, ethical, and security implications for AI. Knowledge of budgets and foundational finance concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Core Skills and Experience Cross‑functional leadership supporting senior partners. Structured experimentation and outcome measurement. Translating emerging technology into practical workflows. Building repeatable processes that scale across teams. Compensation and Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). Pay Ranges British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $130,800 – $183,000 CAD In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
