Effective date: As soon as possible. Reporting to the Manager of Pharmacy, pharmacists are responsible for providing pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team. These duties include pharmacotherapy monitoring and direct patient care services, supporting pharmacy technicians and assistants in the provision of a safe and efficient drug distribution system, all departmental operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager and/or Director and other reasonable duties as assigned. Pharmacists conduct their duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues/problems; take corrective action, where possible; and attend safety meetings/training in accordance with the Hospital's standards. Essential Qualifications Must have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited university Current licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Part A, in good standing #J-18808-Ljbffr
