We have positions for professional, state-licensed Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Inspectors. Inspect and test fire alarm systems to ensure they function effectively and meet CFAA standards. Adjust or repair malfunctioning systems. Perform basic sprinkler inspection service. We seek dependable, self-starters with a “Can Do” attitude to work efficiently in our fast-paced environment.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Schedule fire alarm and fire sprinkler system inspectionsRun tests and inspections on fire alarm and fire sprinkler systemsCoordinate with the local fire department to avoid response during testingRepair systems if necessary or inform the Service Department of customer needsAdvise customers of test and inspection resultsMaintain excellent communication with your Area Coordinator regarding inspections, rescheduling, etc.Good written and verbal communication skills required; good interpersonal skills requiredPosition Details:Full-time position with 40+ hours weeklyMeet service calls efficientlyIdentify emergencies and respond quickly to support customersUse maps and Google Maps for schedulingCustomer Service:Manage incoming calls with customers and office staffKeep thorough documentation of service callsPerform other duties as neededQualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years post-high school education preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic skills using Apple iPadAbility to work M-F 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and be flexibleAbility to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use an 8-ft ladderElectrical/low voltage certification and/or construction background a plusValid driver’s license requiredTravel: 100%, remote workApplication:Please include your resume, references, and contact information.Additional Details:Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Other, Information Technology, ManagementThis job posting is active. #J-18808-Ljbffr
