About You You are a driven professional with 5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, ready to take your career to the next level. Position Overview The Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering impactful outcomes for clients. Working closely with Consultants, Senior Associates help design and execute elements of Ignite’s strategic planning methodology, ensuring alignment with client goals. They are deeply involved in both supporting and leading specific project deliverables, providing value through their insights, expertise, and ability to manage day‑to‑day project workflows. This role is designed to help you grow into a Consultant position within two years, offering exposure to high‑level decision‑making, client management, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Learn and apply the Ignite Methodology in strategy facilitation and solution development for clients. Support and lead client engagements by: Developing materials for client workshops and presentations. Synthesizing insights and recommendations into compelling reports and slide decks. Acting as the primary liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Building strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Leading some client meetings and facilitated sessions. Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients, offering insights and solutions to address business and leadership challenges. Support Associates, fostering their skill development and ensuring high‑quality outputs. Participate in internal initiatives to support the growth and development of Ignite’s people, processes, and business. What We Look For Undergraduate degree in Business or related field (MBA or professional designation such as CPA or CPHR is a plus). 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field with a proven track record of driving project success under tight deadlines. Strong business acumen with a focus on strategy, leadership, and/or organizational design. Ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights, with strong conceptual and analytical reasoning skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and guide teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Endless curiosity, creativity, and a desire for continuous growth. Able to work in Canada and the USA (citizenship or valid work visa required). Demonstrated humility, optimism, and discipline.
