Prime Management Group Inc. is proud to partner with Libro Credit Union in the search for a passionate and experienced Financial Planner to be based in Strathroy, ON to support the Lambton Kent Middlesex region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence and long-term prosperity. As the Financial Planner you will play a key role in serving Libro Owners, building strong relationships and developing personalised financial plans that reflect each Owner’s goals, values, and risk tolerance. Managing approximately 300 Owner households (typically $85,000 – $450,000 in investable assets), you will work collaboratively across teams and business lines to ensure a seamless, purpose-driven experience. Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Owner households through proactive financial planning and advice. Engaging Owners and prospects using referrals, data insights, and community connections. Partnering with internal specialists—including Investment, Insurance, and Business Advisors—to provide comprehensive solutions. Developing and executing a structured business plan with measurable growth goals. Mentoring peers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and financial literacy. Maintaining compliance with Libro, Aviso Wealth, and all relevant regulatory bodies (OSC, CIRO, FP Canada). Making informed, responsible decisions that protect both Owners and Libro. This position is ideally suited for an experienced wealth professional seeking to advance their practice-management skills within a values-based, community-focused financial institution. Qualifications A professional designation: PFP, QAFP, or CFP (required). 3-5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managed-investments or mutual-fund sales role. Demonstrated ability to provide holistic, personalized financial advice. Strong relationship-building, communication, and teamwork skills.
