Join a winning team What You Will DoOversee and manage the audit of the clientsManage the audit from planning to completion of statementsParticipate in the practice group to assist in implementing the business planWork with members of the assurance management group to meet the goals of the assurance financial planCounsel, train, and mentor audit staffHelp clients reach solutions on their needsWorking with clients and partners through complex accounting issues to come up with appropriate solutionsApply KPMG\'s audit and accounting practices/methodologies on client engagements What You Bring To The RoleCanadian CPA designation preferred or international equivalent preferred8+ years of experience working with a public practice accounting firmPrevious experience using IFRS working with publicly listed clientsExcellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsAbility to manage conflicting demands and priorities is derived from your dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client serviceProven background of building a client base and adding revenueExcellent written and verbal communication skills, are a strong team player and have meticulous attention to detailProfessional accounting firm experience is a mustDemonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation and demonstrate strong leadership qualitiesStrong mentoring and performance management skills KPMG Ontario Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $112,500 to $162,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications.
