It is distinguished in particular by a real estate portfolio of more than 45 million square feet, including several jewels of the Quebec urban landscape: the Sun Life building, the CIBC Tower, the Place Victoria tower as well as the Ontario with Allstate Corporate center in Toronto and 100 O’Connor in Ottawa.JOIN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND WORK IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT ResponsibilitiesAssist the Investment Committee in the evaluation of acquisition and disposition files, as well as land acquisition opportunities, and collaborate with the Committee in discussions with various brokers to identify new off-market acquisition and development opportunities;Once a purchase offer is signed, communicate with the various stakeholders and lead the due diligence process with Mach’s different departments;Collect financial information and reconcile the financial data from acquisition files with the pro forma presentations provided to mortgage lenders;Lead the negotiation of agreements related to acquisitions and actively participate in the preparation of Statements of Adjustments (SOA) and related reconciliations;Collaborate with the Legal team to close acquisitions;Collaborate with the CFO on various special projects as required;Work closely with the Accounting, Legal, Leasing, Financing, Development, and Construction teams to gather the information required for acquisitions and Mach’s various projects.In collaboration with the Vice President, Investments & LendingLead the financial analysis of seller and broker pro forma models in the context of acquisitions, in close collaboration with the Accounting Department and the VP Finance;Lead due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions and, once a purchase offer is signed, communicate with the various stakeholders and Mach’s different departments;Assist in implementing more efficient procedures for the evaluation and monitoring of acquisition files; QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role in transactional real estate or real estate development.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.ARGUS is an asset.
