Optometric Assistant at FYiHealth Group Full‑time, 30‑40 hours per week in a mobile eye care clinic. Responsibilities Foster collaboration and teamwork among practice team members. Build trust and commitment with the work group. Deliver legendary customer service with quality eyewear. Develop strong relationships with mobile clinic partners. Coordinate bus arrival, parking, setup & take down in collaboration with practice team members. Weekly sanitization and restocking items. Inventory management. Manage front desk operations including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling email inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office coordination. Qualifications Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment. Valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean driver abstract. Must complete Air Brakes Certification. Prior experience driving a 40 ft vehicle is an asset. Successfully complete background and vulnerable sector check. Willing and able to travel within the province of Alberta based on clinic schedule. Excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving.
