The Role: Corporate Paralegal (Transactional Focus) This position requires a Senior‑level Corporate Paralegal who can step into a busy practice and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex corporate reorganizations and transactions, particularly in the following areas: Asset and Share Transactions Corporate and Tax Reorganizations Closings and Transactional Due Diligence As part of the role you will not be expected to manage incorporations or routine records maintenance – that is handled by a dedicated team. Instead, this role will support lawyers on high‑level transaction files and will be an integral part of the deal process. Who We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience, with a focus on transactions Paralegal certification preferred, but not required if experience is extensive Proven experience with transactional documentation, closing books, and tax‑driven corporate structuringDetail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Able to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Professional, reliable, and solutions‑driven Why Join This Firm?
