Senior Process Analyst page is loaded## Senior Process Analystremote type: Supply Chain and Wholesale (Head Office)locations: Toronto, Ontariotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: December 3, 2025 (13 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR25-26945**Location Address:**100 Queens Quay East, 9th Floor, Toronto**Number of Openings:**1**Pay:**$73,027.00 - $127,554.00**Job Posting Description:****This is an onsite role #LI-Onsite**If you have proven experience in supply chain operations, strong financial analysis skills, and thrive on solving new challenges every day, this is the role for you**About the Role** Reporting to the **Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics,** you will: • Analyze and enhance supply chain processes across inventory optimization, wholesale operations, logistics, forecasting, and workforce planning. • Design and maintain advanced operational models, performance analytics, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making. • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards to monitor key supply chain metrics. • Provide root cause analysis and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional initiatives. • Support budgeting and financial planning through forecast development, variance tracking, and cost modeling to align financial and operational goals. • Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations with supporting analysis for review discussions. • Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact. • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, mentoring analysts and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve results.**About You** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or business performance roles. • Advanced proficiency in **Excel, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint, Power Automate**, and process mapping tools. • Experience in preparing and developing financial reports in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP • Expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. • Strong understanding of value analysis methodologies, ABC costing, and operational efficiency metrics. • Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects in cross-functional environments. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and non-technical audiences. • Agile, collaborative, and experienced at managing multiple priorities.**Preferred:** • 7+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within a retail environment. • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to executive and non-technical audiences. • Professional certifications relevant to supply chain and process improvement (e.g., MSCC, Six Sigma, RSCP, CSCP, CSCLP, PMP) are highly preferred; equivalent credentials will be considered.We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including: • Health/Dental Benefits • Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program • a Defined Benefit Pension • Discounts on products and services via Workperks.There is a world of opportunities at the LCBO…Join an organization where you can be challenged while achieving your true potential.
