Our FYidoctors - Sherwood Park clinic is looking for someone to bring exceptional skills and experience to serve as our newest Patient Services Specialist. This position is a part‑time role working 20‑29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
