Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Recruiter IV to join our client Contract Period: 6 Months with potential to extend or convert Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Remote (2-4 days/month onsite); must be open to future hybrid schedule of up to (4 days/week) Business Hours: Monday – Friday; Core business hours Job Responsibilities Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function Follow and recommend internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank May lead special initiatives by representing the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise Experience & Qualification Requirements Human Resources Degree Background/formalized HR training 3 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience Executive level exposure, being a TA partner supporting executives who lead a business unit (high business acumen) Strong organizational skills Recruited for a complex portfolio that crosses multiple lines of business (National scope) Bilingualism (French/English) Strongly desired Knowledge of Banking/Financial services industry Workday (HRIS) strong preference Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Robertson & Company Ltd. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
