Lead residential leasing in Victoria with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Support tours, applications, and resident inquiries across Townline’s portfolio.
Townline seeks a Leasing Manager for its Victoria team, supporting continued residential portfolio growth. This leadership-focused position oversees leasing activities, resident communication, documentation, application processing, and team performance. Experience with residential leasing, property management, and customer service leadership is relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct suite and community tours for prospective residents
- Answer prospect, applicant, and resident inquiries professionally
- Prepare lease agreements and coordinate required signatures
- Process applications, background checks, and credit checks
- Coach leasing staff and monitor team performance
Requirements:
- Valid BCFSA Rental Property Management License
- Three to five years of progressive residential leasing experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing customer service teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and software familiarity preferred
