Executive Underwriter

Overview As an Executive Underwriter, you’ll be the expert our internal partners turn to for guidance on complex insurance risks. You’ll collaborate closely with Underwriters across the country to craft tailored solutions and manage highly specialized portfolios, ensuring that everything aligns with national standards for data quality and service. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor and a go-to resource for teams across Actuarial, Claims, Reinsurance, and Systems. You’ll be known for your responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to provide clear written guidance to support smart risk assessment and decision-making. What you bring We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and guiding others with expertise and clarity. Underwriting complex risks (EIL experience is an asset) Problem-solving and critical thinking Providing operational leadership and mentorship You have 10+ years of underwriting experience CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designation (completed or in progress) A background in delivering exceptional service A collaborative, team-first mindset About the Company This opportunity is with an organization that truly puts people first.
