Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Location: Vaughan, ON Salary: Up to $160,000 We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in Vaughan, ON. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction site operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising trades, subcontractors, and site staff. You will ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The Superintendent will also serve as the primary on-site liaison between project managers, consultants, and stakeholders, reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing best practices for efficient construction delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource management is highly valued.
