Job PurposeThe Proposal and Contract Specialist will closely work with various entities within the Company in the development and the conclusion of various proposals.DutiesPlan and monitor development activities to meet deadlinesAnalyze tender documentsReview contract clauses and verify the conformity of proposalsAssemble the proposal and ensure its qualityAttend proposal team meetingsImprove the proposal process/SOW to achieve maximum efficiencyThe Specialist will also manage contractual documents for the Company (scope Of Work, Change Requests, Hours Bank, Support Contracts, Subscription Contracts, etc.). Responsibilities include:Implement, review, adapt them, and if necessary, have a lawyer review themImplement a compliance process for all stakeholdersReview the development process and optimize itReview SOW grids and T&C. Make any valuable improvement when possible and automate themProtect the best interest of the Company by reviewing the terms and conditions of all legal documents (MSA, NDA, contracts with clients, contracts with freelancers, signing authority by the Board…)Prepare relevant lists and grids.Ensure consistency of legal clauses to protect the CompanyAnalyze proposal T&C and assumptions and SOW to mitigate business risks for clients, partners and suppliersEnsure consistency between liability insurance contracts and the Company’s contractual commitmentsOther management-related duties as assigned appropriatelyQualifications7+ years of experience in IT or consulting servicesBachelor’s degree or additional relevant experienceExcellent understanding of the different phases of IT project implementationAbility to successfully communicate client tender objectives and their main characteristics to the delivery and sales teams through oral and written presentationsStrong interpersonal skills: capacity to work in teams of various sizes, with employees with different technical abilities and professional authorityAbility to manage and coordinate service and information requests from stakeholders with proactive means of communicationSolid knowledge of software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AcrobatKnowledge of Contact Centers and CRM is an assetExperience in project management is an assetAbility to analyze and write proposalsExceptional writing skillsStrong organizational skills, precision and great attention to detailFluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatoryObjectif Du Poste :Le spécialiste des propositions et des contrats travaillera en étroite collaboration avec diverses entités au sein de la société pour le développement et la conclusion de diverses propositions.Fonctions :Planifier et surveiller les activités de développement pour respecter les délaisAnalyser les documents d'appel d'offresExaminer les clauses contractuelles et vérifier la conformité des propositionsAssembler la proposition et en assurer la qualitéAssister aux réunions de l'équipe de propositionAméliorer le processus de proposition/SOW pour atteindre une efficacité maximaleLe Spécialiste Gérera Également Les Documents Contractuels Pour L'entreprise (portée Des Travaux, Demandes De Modification, Horaires De Stock, Contrats De Soutien, Contrats D'abonnement, Etc.). Ses Responsabilités Incluent :Les mettre en œuvre, les réviser, les adapter et, si nécessaire, faire appel à un avocat pour les examinerMettre en place un processus de conformité pour toutes les parties prenantesExaminer le processus de développement et l'optimiserRéviser les grilles SOW et les conditions de travail. Apporter toute amélioration utile lorsque possible et les automatiserProtéger l'intérêt supérieur de la société en examinant les termes et conditions de tous les documents juridiques (MSA, NDA, contrats de toutes sortes, contrats avec les clients, contrats avec les freelances, l'autorité de signature du Conseil…)Préparer des listes et des grilles pertinentes.Garantir la cohérence des clauses juridiques pour protéger la sociétéAnalyser les conditions générales de la proposition, les hypothèses et les SOW afin d'atténuer les risques commerciaux pour les clients, partenaires et fournisseursGarantir la cohérence entre les contrats d'assurance responsabilité civile et les engagements contractuels de la SociétéAutres tâches liées à la gestion selon les attributions appropriéesQualifications (Français)7+ ans d'expérience en informatique ou en services de conseilLicence ou une expérience supplémentaire pertinenteExcellente compréhension des différentes phases de la mise en œuvre des projets informatiquesCapacité à communiquer avec succès les objectifs des appels d'offres clients et leurs principales caractéristiques aux équipes de livraison et de vente à travers des présentations orales et écritesCompétences interpersonnelles solides : capacité à travailler en équipes de différentes tailles, avec des employés aux compétences techniques et à l'autorité professionnelle variéesCapacité à gérer et coordonner les demandes de services et d'informations des parties prenantes grâce à des moyens de communication proactifsSolide connaissance des outils logiciels tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AcrobatLa connaissance des centres de contact et du CRM est un atoutL'expérience en gestion de projet est un atoutCapacité à analyser et rédiger des propositionsCompétences exceptionnelles en écritureSolides compétences organisationnelles, précision et grande attention aux détailsMaîtrise de l'anglais et du français (parlé et écrit) est obligatoireSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionOtherIndustriesTelecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
