Senior SAP ManagerInsight Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior SAP Manager to lead financial services initiatives for a premier consulting client. This leadership role requires deep expertise in SAP solutions, with a strong emphasis on the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation, optimizing financial operations, and delivering high‑impact SAP projects that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. While leading financial services SAP projects, they will ensure timely delivery and quality. They will collaborate across teams, guide best practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior staff while staying current on industry trends.Base pay range: CA$180,000/yr – CA$200,000/yrEmployment type: Full time – PermanentOn‑site requirement: 3 days per weekRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on financial services.Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in leading large‑scale SAP implementations and transformations.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.6+ years of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceSAP certification(s) is a plus.Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Treasury and Group Reporting is preferred.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory Financial Services.Experience with integration with 3rd party systems.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Insight Global by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
