We welcome professionals who are passionate about providing affirming and strengths-based care for neurodivergent clients and their families.ABOUT EMBODIED RESILIENCE WELLNESS CENTREEmbodied Resilience is expanding into a full-service wellness clinic that integrates mental and physical health. With a strong focus on neurodivergence, we provide a collaborative environment where mental health professionals work alongside physical health practitioners to offer holistic care. We are in the process of securing a physical space in London, ON, and this is an opportunity to be part of our growth from the ground up, shaping the practice as we establish our presence.JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:Provide psychotherapy services to children, youth, and families in-person at our London, ON clinic.Create neurodivergent-affirming treatment plans that support emotional regulation, executive functioning, social skills, and self-advocacy.Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.Maintain proper documentation and ethical standards in accordance with your regulatory body.Contribute to our growing practice by sharing insights, attending team meetings, and participating in case consultation (optional but encouraged).What We Offer:A highly competitive fee split for services.An inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming work environment that values authenticity, lived experience, and collaboration.A subscription-based model for collaboration within the team, with a $200/month marketing fee that includes social media promotion, website listing, and referral support.Flexibility in how you set up your space – let us know if you prefer to bring your own furnishings or if you'd like us to provide them.The opportunity to help shape a brand-new wellness clinic, providing input on how we grow and develop.Requirements:Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.Registration in good standing with a recognized professional college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO).Experience working with neurodivergent children and youth, with an emphasis on strengths-based and affirming care.Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.Passion for neurodivergence-affirming and trauma-informed care.We strongly encourage applications from individuals belonging to marginalized communities, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, Racialized, Neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ therapists.If you’re interested in joining Embodied Resilience Wellness Centre and shaping the future of our practice, we’d love to hear from youTo apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and approach to neurodivergence-affirming therapy.Job Details:Job Type: FreelancePay: $100.00-$120.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekOn-site parkingSchedule:Evening shiftMonday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
