We’re searching for an organized and friendly Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our team. The Shipping and Receiving Administrator duties include coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, working inbound cases into the technician's workflow and invoicing completed cases in preparation for delivery to dental offices. Shipping and Receiving Administrator Duties & Responsibilities Receiving physical inbound cases and creating work ticketsReceiving digital cases from communication portalsPacking outbound casesInvoicing casesCommunicating with dental officesAnswering phones Shipping and Receiving Administrator Requirements GED or high school diplomaDental terminology/knowledge is an assetStrong telephone etiquetteOutstanding organizational abilitiesOutstanding customer service abilitiesStrong attention to detailCertification in office administration is an asset Benefits Health and dental insuranceLife insurancePaid time offWellness programPension programEmployee assistance programHealth and wellness spending account Hallmark has been in the community over 40 years.
