Perform daily operations for processing financial assistance and special programs as assigned by the supervisor. Make financial assistance awards, decisions concerning student eligibility for assistance and other administrative services issues. Provides high quality services counseling and performs public speaking and outreach functions on and as needed basis.Daily OperationsProvides high quality advising to prospective and current students about financial aid, via in-person, by e-mail or by telephone. Reviews and verifies student’s financial aid factors to determine eligibility.Load ISIR records and analyze financial aid award packages.
